Trujillo/Paumier is featured in the Travel Summer 2010 issue of The New York Times Style Magazine, out this month. For the feature, Joaquin and Brian traveled to Kentucky to photograph producers of ham–from curing to cutting–which supply some of the greatest chefs from coast to coast.
