Cowboy Story by TrujilloPaumier

Another personal shoot by Joaquin Trujillo and Brian Paumier, this series inspired by the paintings of artist Delmas Howe.

A few words from Brian Paumier about the shoot:

“Joaquin is from Mexico by way of Los Angeles, and I come from small town in the west. We were exposed to Delmas Howe’s work twice – first in the show ‘Truth or Consequences‘ in New Mexico, and second time in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato Mexico. Loving where you come from and not being afraid is a philosophy of ours and we see it in Howe’s work. Pageantry and masculinity are two things we are attracted to in any form and in Howe’s work speaks to us directly.”
